Overview
Prior to streaming a live session, it is recommended that you perform a short training session, or dry-run of the platform and the features you will be using.
Dry-run training sessions provide you with an opportunity to review the completed platform, make any changes, and ensure that your clients and the moderator are comfortable and prepared for the live sessions.
Who to Include
It is most common to include clients and moderators in a dry-run, though you may invite any project members who'd like to get more familiar with the process.
We also strongly recommend setting up training sessions for translators, if applicable.
How to Schedule a Training
There is no charge for training sessions and you may schedule as many sessions as you like to ensure that your team members are comfortable with the process.
To schedule a training session, email your InterVu project manager with InterVuProjectManager@forsta.com cc'd and indicate what times work best for you.
